Affiliate Program Terms

Thank you for your interest in marketing the Cellulose Ethanol Report.

Please allow 5 business days for your application to be approved, and your affiliate link to be emailed to you.

1. Services to be provided: Marketer shall market Client’s information products. In exchange for this service, Client shall pay a commission to Marketer for all sales in response to these marketing efforts. Marketer will send orders to Client the same day they are received. Client will fill all orders upon receipt.

2. Compensation: Client shall pay a commission of 50% of sales generated by Marketer for Client’s products.

3. Billing and payment: Marketer shall collect payment for products sold under this agreement. On or before the 15th day of the first month following a quarter, Marketer shall provide an accounting of all sales that occurred subject to this agreement for the proceeding quarter and the commission due on these sales, and shall make payment for the commission due on that statement. No commission shall be due on sales income that is not collected. In the event a customer reverses charges or otherwise is refunded payment then commission shall also be refunded. Payment shall be made via Paypal or check at the preference of the Marketer

4. Misc.: Nothing herein is intended to prevent Marketer from providing similar advertising services for other companies and nothing herein is intended to prevent Client from selling its products or consulting services through its own channels, including advertising through other sources. This agreement shall include only the sales of reports sold through Marketer.
